miniNoteViewer v0.17

- register .chi/.txt file and text/* mimetype to intent-filter.

So you can open .chi file by other file manager.

And miniNoteViewer can read file directly from Dropbox,

but can *NOT* write modified file to Dropbox.

It write data to only local memory.(never sync with dropbox automatically)

Could you tell me how to save the file to Dropbox?
